Our call center is permanently staffed, day and night.
The dispatcher will inform you about the waiting time. During rush hour the dispatcher will give an estimated waiting time e.g. 15 or 20 minutes, based on his or her experience, Please always keep in mind that this is an estimate and that the cab can also be there after only 5 minutes.
Reservation:
You can pre-schedule a pickup for a certain time and place. Star taxi will try its best to accomodate your request as punctually as possible, it is however not always possible to honor the requested pickup time due to certain external factors, such as traffic and rush hour. Unfortunately, we are not yet allowed to use special bus and tram lanes as in most other cities, e.g. Brussels. We are currently negotiating with De Lijn regarding the use of specific bus lanes.
